FMG : Century 2

Brief
National insurance company FMG was implementing a new internal system called Century 2 that revolutionised the way the company works. As people can find change difficult, it was important FMG generated a positive attitude towards it and obtained and maintained company-wide buy-in to the new system.

Design Solution
Lime designed a brightly patterned 60's theme to represent the C2 change/revolution and create a friendly, inclusive and non-threatening persona for the new system. A strategy to integrate the campaign was established and rolls-out in stages.

Outcome
With C2 roll-out nearing completion, the branded components have certainly been creating intrigue amongst staff. The high visibility of the material ensures everyone is engaged in the process, and C2 is not intimidating for staff.
