Kingsdale Park: Brand Development & Collateral
Brief
Kingsdale Park is a unique environmentally conscious lifestyle development near Palmerston North, offering large sections in a high quality natural setting. A brand was required that could be developed throughout all their marketing material to reflect their key attributes of quality, experience, personal integrity and environmental balance.
Design Solution
Following research and strategy development, Lime designed a brand and collateral that embraces the essence of the park and provides an experience expectation that the development would live up to for many years to come.
A website, stationery, series of adverts, signage and a hand-illustrated site plan were among the key selling tools Lime developed. The unrefined hand drawn style of the illustrations was complemented by crisp typography to capture the balance between nature and investment.
